Role at a glance
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. This is an executive-level position for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to shape our product strategy, vision, and execution.
Your impact
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: You will define and communicate our product vision, creating detailed roadmaps that align cross-functional engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Pricing and Market Intelligence: You will conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to implement pricing strategies that maximize our market share and revenue while maintaining a competitive edge.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: You will oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept to launch, while managing technical documentation and ensuring our solutions meet strict quality and budget standards.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership capability. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, ideally with a proven track record of bringing technology products to market.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being highly regarded.
- Deep proficiency in product lifecycle management, market research methodologies, and pricing strategy.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global organization.
