We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our growing team in a full-time, remote capacity.
Key outcomes
- Drive the evolution of our product strategy by utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to define our vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive research and customer segmentation, to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, taking complex feature sets from initial concept through to successful launch.
- Collaborate across departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery and organizational alignment.
- Advocate for the user experience by gathering customer feedback and utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions and set performance metrics.
- Provide mentorship to other product managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal executives and external clients to communicate our product vision effectively.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, specifically with a proven history of launching and managing software products.
- Deep familiarity with product management best practices, such as Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product analytics.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- A demonstrated ability to lead B2B product launches within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- An owner's mindset characterized by hands-on execution, accountability, and the ability to learn and iterate quickly.
- The ability to work within the EST or CST timezones to ensure effective collaboration with our offshore development teams.
- The ability to travel occasionally, as you may be required to visit our development team in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS products and cloud technologies.
- Prior experience developing CRM or workforce management solutions.
