At Radiant Security, we are building the industry’s first AI SOC Analyst. Our platform uses generative AI to mimic the decision-making and processes of top-tier security analysts. By running hundreds of dynamic tests on alerts before they ever reach a human, we provide incident summaries, root cause analysis, and response plans within three minutes. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our remote team and help us empower security operations centers to detect more attacks and respond with greater speed.

What you'll be doing

You will guide the full product lifecycle for our AI-powered SOC automation platform, taking features from initial concept through to final launch.
You will gather customer feedback to define needs, prioritize the product roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will perform user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify emerging trends and ensure our product remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape.

What you'll bring

You have at least 6 years of experience in product management, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
You possess a strong background in cybersecurity and a deep understanding of user experience design principles.
You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
You are a confident communicator in English who is comfortable presenting to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
You are self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
It is a plus if you have specific domain knowledge in AI and machine learning.
