What you bring

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this executive-level role, you will work from anywhere to help us refine our product craft and drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and user needs, ensuring our roadmap aligns with both business goals and customer satisfaction. Your core responsibilities include:

• Setting the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your specific product area while delivering on identified customer opportunities.
• Championing product strategy across the organization to inspire collaboration and innovation between engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Partnering closely with customers to deeply understand their pain points and using data analytics to quantify the impact of our platform on their success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a business-minded problem solver with a strong technical background. We look for candidates who possess 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the B2B SaaS or data and analytics sectors. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a proven ability to turn complex customer needs into successful, measurable business outcomes. We value leaders who can communicate transparently, mentor junior team members, and use data-driven insights to make high-stakes prioritization decisions.
