The role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about the AI and machine learning landscape. You will lead the development of our Data Lab platform, working in a hybrid environment to drive innovation and scale our solutions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative culture and is ready to take full ownership of product outcomes.

Core responsibilities

• Act as the primary voice for product strategy, fostering a culture of product thinking and product-led growth across the entire organization.
• Deepen our understanding of the machine learning engineer experience to better address the complexities of building and deploying AI models.
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Data Lab, managing quarterly planning and coordinating priorities across engineering and product teams.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically delivering innovative platform or infrastructure products at scale.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI and machine learning products, ideally including API-based offerings.
• A strong background in B2B enterprise environments.
• A practical understanding of machine learning frameworks.
• A proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns stakeholders and leadership.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking products from initial concept through to successful release and beyond.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex resource trade-offs and build consensus.
