Key outcomes

• Define and execute the global strategy for our channel partner SaaS platform.
• Act as the primary advocate for our channel partners, ensuring their requirements are integrated into our product innovations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives and new initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by uniting engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to drive product excellence.
• Engage with executive leadership and external stakeholders to secure support for major product decisions.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify competitive dynamics and new growth opportunities.
• Provide mentorship to junior and senior product managers to cultivate a culture of continuous growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators to track product success and drive ongoing improvements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in SaaS product management, with a specific focus on channel partners or third-party system integrations.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding product teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire stakeholders and engage partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and market trends.
• A customer-centric mindset with a track record of developing strategies that prioritize user needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada without the need for visa sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Deep technical fluency in SaaS ecosystems, software development, and API integrations.
• Expertise in navigating Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• A background in creating clear, engaging product documentation.
• Experience as an evangelist, capable of presenting complex strategies through both verbal and visual storytelling.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $170,000 for individuals based in the United States, with adjustments made based on specific location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
