As a fast-growing SaaS organization based in the United States, we provide intelligent demo automation software that enables sales engineering teams to scale their efforts. By allowing teams to build libraries of reusable, interactive video demos, we help prospects access information instantly while significantly shortening sales cycles. We pride ourselves on a culture of ownership, authenticity, and direct communication, and we are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager to help us navigate our next phase of growth.
Key outcomes
- Lead the product management craft by establishing best practices and world-class principles across our team.
- Identify operational improvements, develop actionable plans, and drive those initiatives to successful completion.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for specific areas of our application.
- Develop comprehensive requirements and wireframes to guide our development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with our external development team to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership and the broader organization regarding roadmap milestones.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to engage directly with prospects and customers to uncover product needs.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for our clients.
- Equip our support teams with the training necessary to troubleshoot and configure new features.
- Serve as a technical resource for clients and prospects by answering product-related inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience in product management.
- A demonstrated history of enhancing product management operations and execution.
- Strong expertise in UI and UX design principles, with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
- A proven track record of taking products or features from the initial concept phase through to successful delivery.
- A deep commitment to creating intuitive, user-friendly software experiences.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English.
