The opportunity
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to serve as a central pillar of our product team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our business goals and our technical execution, ensuring we continue to delight our customers while scaling our offerings. You will be expected to navigate ambiguity with confidence, leading through influence rather than authority. This is a high-impact position where you will define product strategy, build consensus across diverse organizational functions, and turn a long-term vision into tangible software that drives real business value.
A day in the life
- You will own the full product lifecycle, from conducting competitive analysis and gathering market feedback to defining the long-term vision and roadmap.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to coordinate sprints, make technical trade-offs, and ensure that every release aligns with our core business requirements.
- You will act as an internal evangelist for your product, working with support and training teams while preparing business reports to update executive leadership on revenue and adoption metrics.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in technical product management and a strong background in AdTech, MarTech, or measurement. You possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, and you are comfortable diving deep into APIs and data modeling. You have a proven track record of managing large-scale product offerings from concept to launch, and you know how to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You communicate clearly in English, and you are ready to work in a hybrid environment from one of our approved states including California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming.
