Welcome to Stylitics, where we serve as the premier visual outfitting and styling partner for the world’s most prominent retailers and brands. Since our founding in 2011, we have combined sophisticated algorithms with trend data and professional stylist expertise to provide millions of personalized outfit recommendations every day. With roughly 100 million shoppers engaging with our technology each month across e-commerce, social media, and in-store channels, we help users discover new products and gain confidence in their style. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of how consumers interact with retail brands.
What you'll be doing
- You will spearhead end-to-end product strategy, focusing on rapid iteration and the delivery of meaningful, user-centered outcomes.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level clients, translating their unique needs and pain points into high-impact product improvements.
- You will champion a culture of experimentation and agile planning by working closely with our engineering, design, data science, and sales teams to prioritize results over heavy documentation.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for building solutions that drive real business value. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product management within scaled startups or enterprise environments.
- A proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, including experience with scaled SEO content optimization.
- Expertise in continuous discovery, user research, and the development of prototypes that inform long-term product strategy.
- Strong communication skills and the executive presence required to engage directly with senior stakeholders.
- A high level of proficiency in data analysis, functional specifications, and agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English.
- An academic background from an accredited U.S. or European university is required, while an MBA or a degree in Computer Science is considered a plus.
- Prior experience in the retail, fashion, or e-commerce sectors is highly valued.
What you'll get
We are committed to providing a compensation package that is fair, competitive, and reflective of your unique skills and experience. The annual salary for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Hybrid work flexibility.
- Remote work options to support your work-life balance.
