Narvar is expanding our team and looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Post Delivery Retailer Experiences. We operate a specialized B2B2C SaaS platform that helps major retailers like Nike, Sonos, and Neiman Marcus manage the critical post-purchase journey, including returns, claims, and warranty interactions. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Canada within the CT or ET time zones. You will play a central role in shaping how our clients configure their business rules and consumer touchpoints, ultimately helping them drive loyalty and operational efficiency across our global network of over 1,300 brands.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for retailer-facing configuration tools, ensuring they align with our broader growth strategy.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions for business rule mapping, applied intelligence features, and advanced reporting dashboards to optimize post-delivery operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, API-first product specifications.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise in building and scaling platform configuration tools, workflow management systems, or rule engines.
- Proven ability to manage API-first or headless products and a strong technical aptitude for collaborating on architectural decisions.
- A data-driven mindset with experience applying AI and ML concepts to solve real-world business problems.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills, including the ability to present complex initiatives to executive leadership and mentor other product managers.
- A Bachelor or Master of Science degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
