We are proud to be an open core company, collaborating with over 4,000 contributors who help us build the future of secure communication. Whether it is through our cloud or self-hosted offerings, we empower mission-critical organizations to automate workflows and accelerate their operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a high-level individual contributor role where you will report directly to the VP of Product. You will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution for core areas of our platform. We need a hands-on leader who can operate at every level, from high-level strategic planning to the tactical details of roadmap development and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy, including the formulation of the roadmap and the successful launch of core product features in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
- Act as a primary spokesperson for our products, effectively communicating value to both internal stakeholders and external customers through demos, documentation, and industry events.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with buyers and champions to ensure our product development remains focused on high-impact needs while steering the organization away from low-value requests.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates who possess an MBA and have experience as a founder or early employee at an enterprise B2B, GovTech, or DefenseTech company.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and persuade executive-level decision-makers.
- A proven track record of success within critical infrastructure industries such as cybersecurity, defense, or manufacturing.
- The ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time to engage in face-to-face meetings with enterprise customers, partners, and conference attendees.
- A pragmatic, independent work style paired with a strong bias for action and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

We are a remote-first organization that values flexibility and work-life balance. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive. If you require any accommodations during the interview process due to a disability, please let us know so we can support you.
