Principal Product Manager at Origin

What you bring

As a Principal Product Manager, you will take ownership of our growth funnel to ensure a seamless experience for every user. This is a full-time, remote position where you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact financial products. You will be responsible for driving our product strategy while maintaining a deep focus on user needs and data-driven outcomes. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and optimizing the first-time user experience to shorten the time to value for our members.
• Developing and executing new growth initiatives, including referral programs and product bundling strategies.
• Managing complex third-party integrations to improve in-product engagement and ensure reliable data aggregation.

Requirements

We are looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives in environments where they can build, measure, and learn. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Founder or Product Manager working on data-driven, consumer-facing software. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, as well as a sharp intuition for UX and UI design. You must be comfortable making strategic decisions with incomplete information and possess the communication skills necessary to lead cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required, and while we are a remote-first team, candidates based in San Francisco are preferred.
