We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Mezmo, we are redefining the observability landscape by helping organizations gain confidence in their telemetry data through our powerful Telemetry Pipeline. Our platform allows teams to centralize, profile, and transform data to control costs and make faster, data-driven decisions. As we continue to grow, we need a leader to drive our open source strategy, specifically focusing on Open Telemetry, to ensure we remain a thought leader while delivering exceptional commercial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our open source initiatives while establishing key performance indicators to measure our success.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to ship high-quality product features and manage technical debt effectively.
- Partner with our go-to-market teams to refine product messaging, manage successful launches, and integrate customer feedback into our development cycles.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on Open Telemetry.
- A proven track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS products for developers and site reliability engineers.
- Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle and product operations within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in the observability ecosystem and a passion for building products that solve technical challenges.
What we offer
The annual salary range for this position is $240,000.00 to $270,000.00, plus equity. We are committed to supporting our team with comprehensive benefits, including:
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for you and your family.
- A remote-first work environment with a $600 annual reimbursement for home office expenses.
- Flexible time off and a monthly company-wide mental health day to ensure you have time to recharge.
