We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our team and help us continue revolutionizing in-car experiences through innovative technology.
Key outcomes
- Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our broader business objectives by analyzing industry trends and identifying new opportunities for innovation.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points, validate proposed solutions, and ensure their success.
- Identify and prioritize algorithm development initiatives to improve performance and meet market demands.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize the performance of our navigation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and legal teams to manage go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and technical scalability.
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Own the full lifecycle of your product, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A data-informed mindset, combined with the ability to make decisive choices even when data is incomplete.
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership, including setting strategy, managing deadlines, and coordinating across global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead company-wide technical discussions.
- A commitment to high standards and the ability to balance product quality with development velocity.
- A growth mindset and a deep focus on customer success.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with search, maps, or navigation technologies.
- Experience delivering B2B APIs, SDKs, or mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or PhD, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Background in software engineering or data engineering.
Compensation
Our annual base compensation for this position ranges from $202,000 to $274,000 for most locations within the United States, with potential adjustments of 5% to 10% higher for regions with a higher cost of labor. Final salary placement is determined by individual qualifications, market demands, and specific work location.
