The role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Investing team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level role where you will own the roadmap for some of our most critical initiatives, including our Automated Index Investing, Stock Investing, and Bond Investing products. You will navigate complex, ambiguous challenges to create high-quality consumer experiences that help our clients grow their savings.
Core responsibilities
- Curate and champion the vision for your product initiatives, refining your strategy based on customer insights and rallying your team around clear goals.
- Define product priorities and roadmaps, using data and sound judgment to guide alignment on difficult tradeoff decisions.
- Drive the execution of your roadmap through agile cycles, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure every feature is backed by data and delivers real value.
Skills and experience
- At least 8 years of product management experience within a consumer software environment, with a preference for those who have built financial technology products.
- A proven track record of high-quality decision-making and exceptional product thinking.
- Strong strategic capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in complex or highly regulated spaces.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, data science, and operations teams.
- An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
Compensation and benefits
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 USD, plus equity and a discretionary bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
