Key outcomes

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data capabilities, collaborating closely with design and engineering to deliver unique security insights.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives by partnering with product marketing, customer success, and operations to address customer needs and drive product adoption.
• Enhance and scale existing platform features, including our analytics, reporting, benchmarking, and recommendation tools.
• Leverage your expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to build engaging product experiences, incorporating AI, machine learning, and large language models.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, evangelizing our data-powered insights through webinars, industry events, customer briefings, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor competitive developments and industry trends to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation that maintain our position as a market leader.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• A proven track record of successfully leading product or platform development through deep cross-functional collaboration between R&D and go-to-market teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and evolving market trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field like computer science or engineering, or a data-focused discipline such as mathematics or physics.
• An MBA or a master’s degree in a data science-related field.
• Direct experience managing products in cybersecurity sectors, specifically vulnerability management, penetration testing, or application security.
• Practical domain experience in security research, such as red teaming, bug bounty programs, or penetration testing.
• Experience bringing data-driven products to market, particularly those utilizing AI, LLMs, or machine learning.
• A background in leading product development for cloud services or multi-product platform environments.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $265,000, depending on the specific tier and experience level, along with equity compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
