About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Process Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will play a vital part in expanding our manufacturing capabilities and boosting operational efficiency. You will oversee the production of our proprietary membrane modules, manage development timelines, and collaborate across departments to ensure we deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations as our organization scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to enforce quality control, improve yields, and maximize overall product performance.
- Partner with our R&D and product teams to transition new technologies and processes to scale using a structured stage-gate approach.
Requirements
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field, supported by at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to handle hands-on tasks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to execute tasks independently even when information is limited.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
