The opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Network Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be the architect behind our clients' global hybrid networks. You will bridge the gap between data centers and cloud environments, ensuring that our infrastructure is not only high-performing and secure but also ready for the future. You will serve as a technical leader, guiding projects from the initial planning phase through to final implementation while collaborating with our global teams to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of reliability.

A day in the life

• You will design and architect scalable, secure data center network solutions that align with the complex business needs of our global clients.
• You will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, managing everything from initial planning and implementation to change management and final operational handover.
• You will act as a high-level technical expert, providing tier 3 and 4 support to troubleshoot complex issues across WAN, LAN, and cloud environments to ensure minimal service disruption.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for engineering excellence and a deep understanding of modern networking. You communicate effectively in English and bring the following expertise to our team:

• At least 10 years of experience in technical networking, with a strong focus on enterprise and data center environments.
• Over 6 years of experience managing large-scale, global hybrid networks that integrate data centers with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Comprehensive hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, including NX-OS, NDFC, and DNA Center, as well as security platforms such as Cisco Firepower and Fortinet.
• A proven ability to leverage automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Python, Ansible, and Terraform, to improve operational efficiency.
• A track record of leading high-impact projects and performing root cause analysis on complex network challenges.
