What you bring
As a Senior Principal of Medical Economics, you will serve as an individual contributor dedicated to advancing our analytical capabilities. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will work closely with our clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure our data integrity and economic modeling drive better patient outcomes. Your primary responsibilities include:

Requirements
We are looking for an analytical expert with at least eight years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical economics. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like economics, statistics, or data science, though an advanced degree is preferred. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of healthcare claims, medical coding, and value-based payment models. You must possess strong SQL skills, with proficiency in Python or R being a significant advantage. We value candidates who are critical thinkers, excellent project managers, and collaborative partners who can navigate a remote work environment with a dedicated, secure workspace.

We provide a competitive annual salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, along with eligibility for an annual bonus. Our total rewards program is designed to support your well-being and professional growth through the following benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- A 401k retirement plan with employer matching.
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
- Maternity and paternity leave to support your family.
- Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
