What is this role?

We are looking for a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for an expert who has spent years architecting and managing cloud-based infrastructure. You will be a key player in our engineering organization, helping us maintain a scalable and sustainable production environment while guiding our technical strategy.

What will you do?

• Design and develop state-of-the-art infrastructure powered by Kubernetes to ensure our services remain reliable and efficient.
• Apply your software engineering skills to build and improve the internal tools and products that keep our operations running smoothly.
• Provide technical leadership by steering complex projects from their initial concept all the way through to successful completion.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a deep understanding of cloud environments. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications to the table:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience deploying solutions on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong programming and debugging capabilities, specifically with Python and BASH.
• Deep familiarity with Linux and various cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Fluency in English.
