Responsibilities

• Build high-quality websites and applications by leveraging web industry best practices.
• Develop accessible solutions that perform seamlessly across all devices and input methods.
• Pioneer innovative solutions using the latest browser-supported technologies to meet specific client needs.
• Create technical designs for complex projects by applying advanced JavaScript patterns and CSS best practices.
• Review the technical designs and code implementations of fellow team members to ensure high standards.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements for both functional and non-functional aspects of our solutions.
• Mentor and manage senior frontend engineers to support their professional growth and career development.

Must-haves

• Over 8 years of professional industry experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 and browser APIs, including semantic markup and storage APIs.
• Deep knowledge of CSS3, responsive design, and Tailwind.
• Proven ability to build design systems from the ground up using atomic design principles and design tokens.
• Strong command of ES6, TypeScript, and functional programming.
• Advanced expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and Redux state management.
• Experience developing middleware and microservices with NodeJS, serverless functions, REST, and GraphQL.
• Technical proficiency in creating build scripts with tools like Webpack or Vite and deploying via platforms like Vercel or AWS.
• Experience working with Headless CMS platforms and integrating SaaS search solutions like Algolia.
• Excellent communication skills in English, paired with a positive, analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail.
