What you bring

We are seeking a Principal Front End Engineer to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. In this executive-level role, you will be the driving force behind our web architecture, utilizing your deep expertise in React, Redux, Next.js, Node, and Nginx to build beautiful, high-fidelity user experiences. Your work will be central to our platform, and you will be based anywhere in the world.

• Architect efficient, reusable, and secure front-end systems that power our complex web applications.
• Provide technical leadership for an agile scrum team while partnering with design and backend departments to deliver seamless features.
• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence through code reviews, technical documentation, and the maintenance of our internal component library.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years focused on front-end development with React and micro front-ends. You should possess a strong technical background in SEO optimization, web caching strategies, CDN implementation, and A/B testing. We value candidates who are passionate about writing modular, extensible code and who have a proven track record of taking end-to-end responsibility for major projects. You must be fluent in English and thrive in an open, collaborative environment where user empathy and a keen eye for design are prioritized. Experience in a startup setting and familiarity with agile scrum methodologies are highly preferred.

What we offer
