We are searching for a Principal Enterprise Architecture Consultant to join our executive team. In this strategic role, you will be the bridge between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will shape the technical direction of our clients, ensuring that their digital strategies are not only innovative and scalable but also perfectly aligned with their long-term business goals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on navigating intricate architectural landscapes and leading high-level transformation initiatives.

A day in the life

• You will design and recommend robust architectural frameworks that ensure performance and scalability, while working directly with client stakeholders to translate their vision into actionable product strategies.
• You will proactively identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that our clients maintain secure, reliable, and efficient environments.
• You will act as a mentor and visible leader within our organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning by guiding junior engineers, developing training programs, and sharing your expertise through blogs and industry speaking engagements.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with a deep background in the information technology domain and a passion for strategic consulting. You possess the following skills and experience:

• At least 10 years of extensive experience in IT, with a strong preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in AWS enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, and on-premises environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and a history of leading engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience working within Capital Markets, including a solid understanding of risk management and relevant financial regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to explain complex technical strategies to stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Fluency in English.
