What you bring

As our Principal Engineer, you will serve as a key technical leader for our organization. This full-time, remote role is designed for an executive-level professional who thrives on solving complex challenges across our full-stack architecture. You will be responsible for defining our technical strategy, ensuring the security of our systems, and managing our engineering assets from anywhere in the world.

• Lead and oversee all engineering efforts, including full-stack development, data warehousing, and analytics infrastructure.
• Architect and implement secure, high-performance systems that align with our long-term business goals.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in our development processes.

Requirements

We are looking for an expert who brings over eight years of experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of full-stack development. You should be proficient in front-end frameworks, back-end languages, and modern database technologies. Because we handle sensitive health information, you must have a strong background in security, including encryption, tokenization, and HIPAA compliance. We value candidates who are humble, collaborative, and capable of navigating ambiguity. You should be comfortable working with cloud platforms and containerization tools, and you must possess the strategic vision to align our technical roadmap with our evolving business needs. Fluency in English is required for this position.
