What you'll be doing

• You will design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions while actively debugging and fixing issues to ensure high performance.
• You will provide technical leadership across multiple developer squads, guiding teams through cloud-based transformations and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
• You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by collaborating with stakeholders, assisting architects with decision-making, and conducting discovery work to de-risk new initiatives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and cloud engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in C#, NodeJS, or JavaScript.
• Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A track record of designing cloud-based solutions and supporting high-traffic transactional systems.
• Experience with transformation projects, specifically moving from monolithic architectures to microservices and serverless environments.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor others and communicate complex designs effectively.
• Fluency in English.
