Role at a glance
We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape while working alongside a collaborative, distributed team.
Your impact
- Partner directly with our CTO to define our technical strategy and serve as a primary decision-maker for our platform architecture.
- Take the lead on designing and architecting our most critical systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and cutting-edge.
- Act as a technical mentor across the organization, identifying system bottlenecks and driving innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
What you'll need
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with the agility to adapt to new languages as needed.
- A strong background in building high-performance, large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep technical knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptographic principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders at every level of the company.
- A proven ability to balance immediate project requirements with our long-term technical vision.
