What you'll be doing
- Guide the full software-development lifecycle across the organization, ensuring consistent standards, high code quality, strong security, and reliable, observable systems.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to translate business goals into technical solutions and to deliver measurable results.
- Design complex Azure architectures that incorporate containers, networking, proxies, and a wide range of Azure services, while also contributing hands-on code and mentoring engineers on new initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying large-scale .NET and TypeScript/React applications on Azure.
- Proven ability to set and enforce technical standards for languages, libraries, Azure resources, and .NET versions across multiple teams.
- Strong cross-company influence, clear communication, and a track record of championing security practices that reduce risk and improve resilience.
- Fluency in English and comfort working across time zones in a fully remote environment.
