You will step into that story as our next Principal Engineer, guiding the technical direction that keeps our platform reliable, secure, and ready for whatever comes next.

The opportunity

We are looking for a senior technical leader who will shape how our entire engineering organization builds software while still writing production code. You will set architectural standards across a growing Azure-first stack, mentor engineers at every level, and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams so that business goals and technical excellence move forward together. Your influence will reach beyond any single squad, helping us deliver secure, observable, and scalable solutions that serve customers worldwide.

A day in the life

• You review and refine system designs for new Azure services, weighing container strategies, networking patterns, and resource choices to keep our platform consistent and secure.
• You pair with engineers on active pull requests, contribute code to critical features, and coach teammates on clean patterns, testing practices, and security controls.
• You join cross-functional planning sessions, translate product goals into technical roadmaps, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership on where our technology should head next.

Who you are

You bring deep experience designing and operating complex .NET and TypeScript or React applications on Azure, and you have already set technical standards for languages, libraries, and cloud resources at a previous organization. You are confident presenting architectural decisions, championing security best practices, and influencing peers across multiple time zones. Strong written and spoken English is essential, as is a genuine interest in mentoring others and lifting the quality bar for the whole company.
