By joining our team, you will help us build the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers globally, creating experiences that offer clarity to claimants while managing large-scale, machine learning-driven decisions.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, leading large-scale engagements and ensuring seamless implementation experiences from the initial kickoff through to long-term partnership. You will report to the VP of Client Engagement and work closely with our executive leadership, engineering, and sales teams to drive strategic value for our enterprise clients.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations by driving onboarding programs, establishing clear milestones, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Define, document, and refine our engagement frameworks to ensure our implementation and success processes remain scalable as we continue to grow.
- Own program timelines, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication while introducing consistent project governance across the entire client lifecycle.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a professional with extensive experience managing enterprise client implementations and post-implementation programs. You possess strong program management expertise, allowing you to build cross-functional programs and repeatable processes that deliver results. You are comfortable working with APIs, data exchange formats, and technical integrations, and you have the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leaders with fluency in English. You thrive in high-growth environments where you can act as a process builder, and you bring a bias for action when managing complex client scenarios.
