- Optimizing our data infrastructure and internal processes to guarantee high performance and scalability.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive data documentation and lineage to ensure transparency across our systems.
Requirements
We are looking for a senior professional who possesses a deep background in software engineering, data modeling, and database design. You should have at least seven years of experience in data engineering, with extensive expertise in building and maintaining ETL pipelines. Proficiency in Python or Scala is required, specifically for data processing tasks, alongside hands-on experience with Apache Spark and the AWS technology stack. You should be comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as unstructured data. We value candidates who thrive in a professional software environment, are familiar with agile methodologies, and have a solid grasp of data privacy and security principles. A strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge in data science and machine learning is highly encouraged.
What we offer
We provide a competitive base salary range of $127,500 to $172,500, with final compensation determined by factors such as your experience and location. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Equity compensation and annual bonuses.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage.
- Flexible time off and company-paid holidays.
