We are looking for a Principal Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Array, we operate a financial innovation platform that empowers digital brands, financial institutions, and fintech companies to bring consumer products to market with speed. Our suite of tools includes credit and identity monitoring, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace, all accessible through modern APIs and embeddable widgets. We are a remote-first organization dedicated to continuous improvement and experimentation, and we are searching for an executive-level leader to help us solve complex challenges while driving revenue and engagement for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader by providing ongoing data analysis and problem-solving to address our most pressing business needs.
- Partner with general managers to design data roadmaps and proof-of-concepts while identifying key operational gaps that require improvement.
- Apply your technical expertise in cloud technologies, databases, and data APIs to build and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in data analysis with a proven history of delivering high-impact results.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and various data visualization tools.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both product and engineering teams.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, as well as containerization tools such as Docker.
