At AHEAD, we build the platforms that power the modern digital business. By weaving together the latest advancements in cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery, we help enterprises turn the promise of digital transformation into a reality. We believe that our strength lies in our people, which is why we foster a culture of belonging where every voice is valued and heard. We are looking for someone who is ready to make a change and help us shape the future of our organization.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Consultant, AI Services to help our enterprise clients navigate the complex journey from AI ambition to measurable business impact. In this leadership role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them identify high-value AI opportunities, build robust business cases, and mobilize our internal teams of architects and engineers to deliver results. This is the perfect role for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution.
A day in the life
- Lead complex engagements by structuring ambiguous problems into clear, actionable roadmaps and executive-ready deliverables.
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders to align on AI strategy, governance, and value realization.
- Partner with our technical teams to translate business priorities into implementation-ready initiatives, ensuring that every AI solution is practical and grounded in enterprise reality.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with 7 to 12+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or digital transformation. You possess the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas to senior leadership with ease. While you do not need to be a hands-on machine learning engineer, you must have enough technical fluency to guide conversations across data, security, and cloud ecosystems. We value candidates who have a background in top-tier consulting or enterprise technology environments and who are comfortable coaching others to achieve a high bar of excellence.
Why you'll love it here
We are committed to supporting your professional and personal growth. When you join our team, you will have access to a variety of benefits designed to help you thrive, including:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401k plan to support your long-term financial health.
- Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
- Supportive maternity and paternity leave policies.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
Beyond these benefits, you will be part of a team that invests in your development through sponsored certifications and cross-departmental training, all while working in a culture that celebrates diverse perspectives.
