We are Nagarro, a digital product engineering firm with a global team of over 19,000 experts across 35 countries. We are currently looking for a Principal Business Analyst to join our team in Romania on a full-time, on-site basis to help us drive innovation in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust B2B and B2C e-commerce applications by applying industry best practices.
Manage the full lifecycle of requirements, from initial gathering to final implementation.
Translate complex project needs into functional, technical solutions.
Lead solution design efforts, focusing on backend integrations, architectural elements, and multi-geography requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences across mobile, social media, SEO, and marketing channels.
Advise our clients on strategies for business process optimization and operational efficiency.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
Oversee multiple accounts and projects simultaneously within our distributed delivery model.

Must-haves

Proven professional experience in the design and development of e-commerce applications.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
Deep familiarity with Commerce Cloud products and modern digital tools.
Solid understanding of digital design, backend systems, and cross-platform integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
University degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
