Role at a glance

We are seeking a visionary Principal Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed entirely remotely from anywhere, though we prefer candidates located within the GMT-5 to GMT+3 time zones. You will be the bridge between our high-level product vision and the technical execution required to bring it to life.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the technical architecture for our product suite, ensuring every design choice aligns with our long-term strategic goals.
• Partner directly with our CTO to define our product roadmap, clearly articulating the purpose and technical requirements behind everything we build.
• Lead the design and development of robust node operator tooling and developer experiences, utilizing modern infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should possess a deep technical background and a passion for decentralized systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the blockchain space, specifically with Ethereum, Solidity smart contracts, and Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in architecting scalable, secure systems using modern DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Strong proficiency in REST API and SDK development, as well as front-end DApp development.
• A track record of designing complex protocols and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain intricate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, synergistic mindset that allows you to collaborate effectively across engineering, business, and product teams.
