As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Principal Analytics Engineer to join our DataOps team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data infrastructure, influencing high-level strategy, and ensuring our data products remain at the cutting edge of the retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• You will architect and develop complex data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and capable of supporting our core revenue-generating products.
• You will define our long-term data strategy while leading multi-team initiatives that elevate our data maturity and technical standards across the organization.
• You will mentor a team of high-performing engineers, conducting code reviews and workshops to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned technical leader with a passion for building robust data systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead for a high-performing data team.
• Over 5 years of experience architecting and developing cloud data warehouses, with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise using dbt.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data workflows and automation, alongside expert-level SQL skills.
• A proven track record of scaling modern data stacks while managing performance and infrastructure costs.
• Working knowledge of adjacent technologies such as Terraform, Airflow, and NoSQL databases.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively across our global teams.

What you'll get
