The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Pre-sales Engineer to specialize in physical security. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales representatives and our clients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough site assessments, drafting detailed scopes of work, and creating precise bills of materials. You will ensure that our technical solutions are not only innovative but also perfectly aligned with our customers' needs, maintaining continuity from the initial sales conversation all the way through to project hand-off.

A day in the life

• You will conduct comprehensive on-site and remote technical assessments to understand client requirements, translating those needs into clear project specifications and documentation.
• You will partner closely with our sales team to provide expert technical guidance, performing demonstrations and presentations that showcase how our security products and services solve real-world challenges.
• You will manage the technical lifecycle of projects, including interpreting blueprints and schematics, while ensuring that all proposed solutions adhere to industry best practices and electrical codes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and a passion for security technology. You communicate clearly, document your work meticulously, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your profile likely includes the following:

• A solid working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, ideally supported by an associate degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to resolve complex technical problems under pressure.
• Familiarity with low voltage cabling and video monitoring solutions is highly preferred.
• A proven track record of managing multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
• Fluency in English to ensure effective communication with our team and our clients.
