The role
We are seeking a PR Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position designed for someone who is eager to grow alongside our brand. You will act as the voice of our company, ensuring that our mission and the value of work-sharing are communicated clearly and effectively across every possible media channel.
Core responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and analyze PR outreach campaigns to expand our visibility and reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and influencers to secure meaningful media coverage.
- Define and track key performance metrics, including earned media, total impressions, and our overall share of voice within the market.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a media omnivore with a deep interest in how brands grow from obscurity to prominence. We value a bias toward action and a scientific approach to experimentation. Your qualifications should include:
- At least one year of experience in PR or communications, including the development of campaigns and ad strategies.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- A self-starting attitude that thrives on setting goals and measuring success through data.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow, Google AdWords, or have spent time in an entrepreneurial environment.
