We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis. Oribe Hair Care is a leader in the prestige beauty market, known for blending high-performance products with award-winning design to serve stylists and beauty enthusiasts worldwide.

Responsibilities

Direct our 360-degree communications strategy across EMEA, encompassing influencer partnerships, press events, editorial stylist programs, and brand storytelling.
Oversee regional PR agencies, ensuring they execute our strategy effectively, meet performance goals, and manage local budgets.
Serve as the primary bridge between our global communications team and local market teams to ensure our brand vision is executed with regional nuance.
Manage trade press advertising and editorial opportunities to uphold our status as a top-tier professional hair care brand.
Act as an internal consultant for cross-functional departments regarding public relations initiatives and regional engagement.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in strategic communications.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
A self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
Cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt strategies to fit the diverse markets across the EMEA region.
Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining brand equity across various channels.
