We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis. Oribe Hair Care is a leader in the prestige beauty market, known for blending high-performance products with award-winning design to serve stylists and beauty enthusiasts worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Direct our 360-degree communications strategy across EMEA, encompassing influencer partnerships, press events, editorial stylist programs, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee regional PR agencies, ensuring they execute our strategy effectively, meet performance goals, and manage local budgets.
- Serve as the primary bridge between our global communications team and local market teams to ensure our brand vision is executed with regional nuance.
- Manage trade press advertising and editorial opportunities to uphold our status as a top-tier professional hair care brand.
- Act as an internal consultant for cross-functional departments regarding public relations initiatives and regional engagement.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in strategic communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
- Cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt strategies to fit the diverse markets across the EMEA region.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining brand equity across various channels.
