About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic PR and Communications Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This senior-level position is remote-friendly and focuses on elevating the Infinity Group brand through expert media relations and clear, engaging internal communications. You will be instrumental in shaping our public image, managing our press presence, and fostering a transparent, connected culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with our business objectives, including managing press materials and securing high-impact media coverage.
• Lead our internal communications efforts by creating consistent messaging, managing staff updates, and providing leadership with the tools to drive employee engagement.
• Monitor media performance and industry trends to provide data-driven reports and strategic counsel to our senior leadership team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in PR, communications, or journalism, ideally within the tech or B2B sectors.
• A strong track record of building media relationships and securing meaningful coverage.

• Experience in managing internal engagement initiatives and a solid understanding of performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology is highly preferred.
