The Technology Department at Anders, one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country, is looking for a motivated Power Platform Senior Developer to join our team. What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level position within our Business Solutions team. You will work in a hybrid capacity, offering you the flexibility to balance your time between our offices and working remotely. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing solutions that address complex business challenges while mentoring junior team members and leading key development initiatives.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with project leads and business analysts to translate user stories into accurate, high-quality development tasks.
- Ensure solution reliability by performing in-depth testing, proactive defect identification, and maintaining high standards for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and lead junior developers, sharing your technical expertise to foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in developing apps and custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You should be comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments and possess a strong technical background. Key requirements include:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform CLI, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Coding Skills: Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Python, and Azure Functions to extend Power Apps and build custom connectors.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly regarding data modeling, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Certifications: The PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is required for this role.
- Communication: The ability to clearly explain technical processes to clients and team members is essential.
