Are you ready to help us map the world in real-time? At Array Labs, we are developing a distributed radar imaging constellation designed to provide the first accurate, 3D model of our planet. Our technology offers image quality 60 times greater than traditional methods, which will fundamentally change how we approach fields like climate science, disaster relief, and global defense. We are looking for passionate problem solvers to join our mission and help us build the next generation of satellite infrastructure.
What you bring
As a Senior Power Management Design Engineer, you will join our Hardware Engineering team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of the power management systems for our radar and communication payloads. Your expertise in engineering, mode, linear, and design will be vital as you work to ensure our satellite platforms meet rigorous performance standards.
- Translate high-level power requirements into efficient design architectures and specifications.
- Design, simulate, and prototype power supply circuits for critical radar and communication subsystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RF and radar engineers, to validate performance and oversee mass production with our manufacturing partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep technical background and a proactive mindset. You should hold at least a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, or a related field, along with 9 or more years of hands-on experience in high-power, high-volume product development. You must have a strong command of analog circuit design, specifically regarding switched-mode power converters and linear regulators, and be proficient with simulation tools like Cadence, OrCAD, or LTspice. Because our work involves sensitive space technology, you must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen or a protected individual. We value candidates who are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication skills to document and share complex technical findings.
What we offer
We believe in finding uncommonly good people and rewarding them uncommonly well. We offer a highly competitive compensation package that provides significant flexibility between salary and equity, allowing you to share in the long-term success of our mission.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of transforming how we view the Earth from space, we would love to hear from you. Our interview process is straightforward and typically consists of three Zoom sessions, usually concluding within two to four weeks. Please reach out to our team to start the conversation and learn more about how your skills can contribute to the future of radar imaging.
