Key outcomes
- Gather and analyze project data to support the PMO and Product teams.
- Develop project status reports for review by management.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of essential project documentation.
- Manage the Risk and Issue log to ensure all risks are documented correctly and supported by valid mitigation plans.
- Promote our governance framework and encourage best practices across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project leadership to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a PMO analyst, project manager, or equivalent capacity.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A track record of success within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Solid administrative and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English.
