As we continue to build the foundation for the future of tokenized assets, we are seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will work alongside our Product and Project Managers to ensure our roadmap is delivered with precision and clear communication.

Key outcomes

• Gather and analyze project data to support the PMO and Product teams.
• Develop project status reports for review by management.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
• Oversee the creation and upkeep of essential project documentation.
• Manage the Risk and Issue log to ensure all risks are documented correctly and supported by valid mitigation plans.
• Promote our governance framework and encourage best practices across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project leadership to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a PMO analyst, project manager, or equivalent capacity.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A track record of success within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Solid administrative and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English.
