About the Role
We are looking for a PM Integrations Intern to join our team. This is an internship position where you will play a vital role in our Customer Intelligence Platform. You will help us manage the lifecycle of our integrations, ensuring that our data collection and activation tools function seamlessly for our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external partners to secure the necessary access to their platforms and APIs for our integration projects.
- Analyze technical API documentation to ensure our setups follow industry best practices and meet our internal standards.
- Collaborate with our product managers and engineering teams to draft detailed Product Requirement Documents and maintain clear internal technical guides.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a student or a recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 6 months for this internship. You should also have the following qualifications:
- A solid understanding of API concepts, including REST, JSON, HTTP, and Webhooks.
- Experience using Postman or similar tools for testing and debugging API integrations.
- The ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in India.
