Our Mexico Core unit is dedicated to fighting complexity and empowering our customers, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating meaningful change in the financial services sector.
What you bring
As our PM Director, you will step into a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mexico. You will be responsible for defining our local product strategy, prioritizing customer segments, and ensuring our vision is executed effectively across all squads. Your work will involve deep collaboration with global teams to align our local objectives with broader roadmaps. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Defining and communicating an inspiring product vision that guides our long-term strategic planning.
- Driving the execution of key business objectives while maintaining high standards for product craft and best practices.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing, cross-functional team while building strong partnerships with stakeholders in legal, compliance, and risk management.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product management and extensive experience leading technical roadmaps that include engineers, designers, and product managers. You should hold a degree in a field such as business, engineering, design, or finance. Because we operate in a complex environment, experience in financial services is highly preferred. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, and you should be comfortable taking on legal and regulatory responsibilities. We value leaders who have successfully scaled teams in high-growth, digital-first companies and who possess the ability to challenge ideas while fostering a culture of deep collaboration.
