What is this role?

We are looking for a Platform Technical Support Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone early in their career or looking to transition into the fast-paced world of a tech scaleup. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our London office and remote work, with the flexibility to support our global operations.

What will you do?

• Act as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal engineering teams, ensuring that every technical issue is clearly documented, escalated to the right people, and tracked until it is fully resolved.
• Manage incoming requests from both internal and external stakeholders by gathering essential evidence, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that no task is left unfinished or ignored.
• Develop your professional expertise through hands-on research and problem-solving, with full support from our team to pursue relevant technical training and qualifications.
