We are looking for a Senior Platform Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to our enterprise partners, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly while maintaining our standards for customer care.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to address partner needs and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Analyze support data to create reports, identify trends, and suggest process improvements that enhance the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Proven experience in a technical customer support role, ideally with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, support ticketing systems, and data analytics tools is considered a significant asset.
