Role at a glance

We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position requiring approximately two years of relevant experience. You can work from anywhere, as this is a fully remote role.

Your impact

• Design and Integrate: You will build the core telecommunications infrastructure that provides secure cellular service, ensuring end-to-end data integrity for our users.
• Own the Lifecycle: You will take full responsibility for the software lifecycle of foundational components, moving from initial problem discovery to final solution delivery.
• Enable Scale: You will develop reliable, performant, and scalable systems that allow other product teams to build robust applications without needing deep domain expertise in our infrastructure.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• A strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in a modern backend language such as Golang, Rust, Java, or Python.
• A firm grasp of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high coding standards through active collaboration and code reviews.
• Proficiency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $290,000, depending on your level, experience, and performance during the interview process. We also provide meaningful equity so you can share in the value we create together.
