About the Role

We are currently looking for a Lead Platform Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our infrastructure as we transition toward a cloud-native environment. You will balance hands-on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities, guiding our team through complex cloud migrations, expanding our use of Kubernetes, and refining our CI/CD and GitOps processes to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our cloud migration initiatives while driving application containerization to enhance overall system scalability.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and expand our use of Infrastructure as Code through Terraform to enforce standardization.
• Mentor team members and manage engineering sprints to foster professional growth and ensure the successful execution of our technical roadmap.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in platform engineering and a passion for cloud-native technologies. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven experience with GitOps principles and building efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• A solid understanding of cloud security, immutable infrastructure, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of mentoring cross-functional teams.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is between $185,000 and $195,000 USD per year, with the final offer determined by your specific experience, skills, and market alignment. Our comprehensive total rewards package includes:
