About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee our DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering operations, which serve as the backbone for our entire product suite. You will guide a talented team of specialists to ensure our cloud-based services and continuous integration and delivery pipelines remain secure, scalable, and highly performant. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of DevOps specialists and Site Reliability Engineers to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end operation of our mission-critical cloud and build infrastructure.
• Drive strategic planning by managing roadmaps, setting quarterly and yearly goals, and prioritizing features in collaboration with product development teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a management role, combined with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing engineering platforms within a product-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with modern technologies, including AWS, GCP, and GitLab.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A commitment to technical craftsmanship and a proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technology trends.
