We are looking for a senior-level Platform Engineer to help us build a future for the internet that feels as safe and sensible as it used to be.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and build core backend software components while collaborating closely with your fellow engineers.
- You will take ownership of features related to user identity, including the development of authentication flows for SSO, OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC.
- You will analyze our system resources to improve overall stability, scalability, and efficiency while setting quality standards for our engineering projects.
What you'll bring
- Strong professional experience working with distributed systems and SQL databases.
- Deep familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks, specifically OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, and SAML.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, such as routing and IP addressing.
- Proficiency in the Go programming language, which powers the majority of our backend systems.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, provide constructive feedback, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of an early-stage startup.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global team.
What you'll get
